Who is responsible

What we collect

We collect only what you send us: the details you enter in the contact form (name, email, business type, service needed, optional budget, project description and interface language), or what you write in messages sent by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn.

Fields marked * are needed to answer your inquiry. Providing the information is voluntary and there is no legal obligation to do so, but without it we cannot reply.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

The website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. Your language preference is stored in your browser’s localStorage; this is not a cookie and is not sent to us. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies outside our control.

Why we use your information

We use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote, a demo or a project. We do not sell your information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis (where GDPR applies): steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Service providers and transfers

We use Formspree (USA) to receive contact-form submissions, Google Gmail/Workspace (USA and globally) for email, and Replit (USA) to host the website. Social platforms you use to message us operate under their own privacy policies.

Where data is transferred outside Israel or the EU/UK, we rely on standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 24 months. Client project correspondence is kept as long as needed for the project and for legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, delete or object to the use of your information by emailing artem.webstudio11@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have rights of access and correction, and you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA). Under the EU/UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to the information you send is limited to Artem.

Changes to this policy will be published on this page, with the date updated above.
